Mandatory Rules Interpretation Meeting each season.
All coaches (head and assistant) for Spring & Summer
must be certified as a Double-Goal Coach
with the PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) located on the

Level 1 Online Coaches Training Available!!!
US Lacrosse is pleased to provide the Level 1 Courses of the US Lacrosse Coaches Education Program online! The Level 1 online courses are for men's and women's lacrosse coaches who have little or no previous experience in coaching lacrosse. The goal of Level 1 is to prepare coaches to work with youth and/or beginning players. Check it out at this link:

The fundamentals of lacrosse as written by Trish Cummings, a University of North Carolina graduate who played in a women's NCAA Championship. There are a variety of topics focusing on the game of women's lacrosse. It information for young people who are interested in learning the basic skills, team tactics, strategies, rules and trends. There's even something for fans who just want to develop an overall understanding of the hottest game on two feet!
